CATHOLIC CLUB: Join the Catholic Club for its first guest speaker, Father Jude from St. Adelaide's Catholic Church. He is excited to come and share a God inspired message. Where? J101. When? Wednesday, January 21st during both lunches. Don't miss it! God Bless!
LEARN A NEW INSTRUMENT: Have you ever played a brass instrument or want to learn how? Now is your chance! We will be offering classes after school to learn trumpet, trombone, French horn and baritone starting next Tuesday January 20th at 3:45 p.m. in the band room. Classes will be held once a week for an hour on Tuesdays. Please see Mr. Borjan in the band room for more information.
GUITAR PLAYERS: Guitar players, we are looking for an underclassman or two to join jazz band second semester! You do need to know how to play already, and we will teach you the rest! Please see Mr. Borjan in the band room for more info.
NEW “INTRODUCTION TO DRONES” CLASS: Attention students! This Spring 2026, check out our new class: Introduction to Drones! You’ll fly drones, earn class credit, and work toward a real drone license—great for careers like aerial photography and aviation tech. The class is open to grades 9 through 12, taught by Mr. Luo in Room D107 during periods 3 and 6. Interested?
See your counselor or teacher today—and get ready to take flight!

At Jurupa Hills, we have expectations for all students. Our school-wide expectations are accountable, respectful, and safe.
o ACCOUNTABILITY means showing up to all of your classes on time. Make sure you start this semester off on the right foot and hold yourself accountable for your behavior and grades.
o Continue being RESPECTFUL to each other and honoring each and everyone’s differences.
o Last, but not least, we want everyone to always feel SAFE on this campus. Please walk on the right on side of the hallways. Try not to spread across the halls when walking with large groups.
We are an International Baccalaureate school and this month’s learner profile is RISK TAKERS. We approach uncertainty with forethought and determination: we work independently and cooperatively to explore new ideas and innovative strategies. We are resourceful and resilient in the face of challenges and change.

ATTENTION JUNIORS-SAT REGISTRATION IS OPEN: Juniors, if you would like to take the Spring SAT exam registration is open. You have from Tuesday January 20 until Friday February 13th at 3:30 to register and this is a hard deadline. The exam is free and will be on Wednesday march 11th. Sign ups can be found on the juniors team page and the link will be sent to all English and math teachers.

BIBLE CLUB ENCOUNTER: Don’t miss a great conversation on Love today in room D108, during your lunch. Come see how the one word we use in the English language, “Love”, has so many different meanings and how in the Greek and the Hebrew there are different translations for the different kinds of love we can feel. See you Thursday during your lunch in room D108!
BSU MEETING: BSU meeting is tomorrow! We encourage you all to join us as we go over some fun activity's happening in the near future on Thursday the 22nd after school in B103 until 4:15. Please come and support our club to keep it alive!
